Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Location: Remote (UK-based, with 1 onsite visit every 2 months to Head Office)
Salary: £12.50–15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a part-time HR Officer to help manage and scale our digital workforce. You’ll play a key role in supporting tech hiring, legal compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage remote HR processes for digital and technical staff

  • Design and implement HR policies relevant to tech and creative roles

  • Guide recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding

  • Ensure legal compliance, visa sponsorship, and Right to Work checks

  • Liaise with the Home Office on behalf of sponsored candidates

  • Manage pension setup and employee benefits

  • Write job descriptions for digital and creative roles

  • Support training, team growth, and remote team culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related area

  • Previous experience in tech/digital recruitment is a plus

  • Understanding of UK employment regulations and visa sponsorship

  • Excellent communication and remote work discipline

  • Strategic mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Must attend one onsite meeting every 2 months
